Service Description

We are pleased to offer a 12 visit (Chiropractic care) pre-payment plan at an extra discount over the pay-per-visit fee. This plan is for the immediate family members of our patients, who are already enrolled in the pre-payment plan or US military, and veterans. This plan includes all of our RYNK Chiropractic treatments plus regular physical exams as needed. 12 chiropractic care visits: Full fee: $770.00 Savings: $220.00 Per visit: $45.83 Your cost after discount: $550.00 Pre-payment plans must be paid in full prior to the first treatment in order to qualify for the discount. If you discontinue care for any reason, you can receive a refund of the unused portion of your payment. The chiropractic care visits will not expire in pre-payment plans. No claims or third party reports will be filed. This booking option should be used only for a newly enrolling patient in the pre-payment-plan. If you are already enrolled in an existing pre-payment-plan, please book under "chiropractic care" service.
