Fee Schedule 

Health Insurance: We will be happy to look up and verify your insurance coverage for chiropractic benefits. 

  • Your insurance is billed if you have chiropractic coverage. 

  • Your cost depends on the benefits of your insurance plan.

  • Our standard, non-discounted service fees are applied.

  • You are responsible for deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance, and other non-covered services. 

  • The following insurances are accepted, but not limited to: 

    • Regence BlueShield

    • Regence Medicare Advantage PPO & HMO

    • Premera BlueCross

    • Premera HMO

    • LifeWise

    • Kaiser Permanente

    • First Choice

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • United Health Care

    • Ambetter (WA Coordinated Care, WA Cascade, WA Cascade Select) 

    • Medicare Part B

    • Asuris Northwest Health

    • Bridgespan 

    • Providence Health Plan

    • Benefit Administrative Systems - Health Care Plans

    • Molina Healthcare

    • First Health Network

  • Please keep in mind that a provider may be in-network with a certain insurance company but may not be in-network in all of the plans they offer. 

  • Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your chiropractic coverage or want to verify your insurance coverage. 

  • For patients without insurance coverage or benefits, we offer discounted service fees and other payment options. (See below, "Pay As You Go"). 

​Auto Accident Injuries

  • If you have Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage, we bill your insurance directly with no out-of-pocket payments by you. ​To learn more about the Auto claim, please contact us. 

Pay As You Go: Care is paid for at the time of service. ​​We are pleased to offer a discounted time of service fees and pre-payment plan options. Please contact us for more information. 

  • We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit card. All payments are expected at the time of service.

  • Pre-payment plan offers an additional discount over the pay-per-visit fee. Pre-payment plans must be paid in full prior to the first treatment. Chiropractic care visits will not expire in pre-payment plans and any unused visits can be refunded on request. No claims or third-party reports will be filed. 

  • Complimentary Health Consultation​

  • 3D foot scan, Postural Analysis: 

    • Complimentary scanning and consultation

We provide estimates for all reasonably expected non-emergency items or services for the scheduled visit. You are welcome to request the estimate at any time.
